Sustainability Spotlight
One supermarket has become the first to launch a line of carbon-neutral eggs. The hens live off a soya-free diet, including insects fed on food waste from the supermarket’s bakery, fruit and vegetable sites. Cutting soya from a hen’s diet removes the emissions associated with deforestation to grow the crops for animal feed. The eggs are also the first to feature the British Lion Egg green stamp!
Wearable tech
A stick-on patch has been hailed as a revolutionary step in medical imaging. This ultrasound plaster can scan a person’s insides as they go about daily life, giving medical professionals more insight than ever before.
Travel bounce back
Holiday rental firm Airbnb has revealed a 24% jump in bookings since 2019, marking an optimistic sign for the travel industry. With over 104 million nights and experiences booked in just three months, travel season is back!
Social impact real estate
This week, Sapience client HSPG was featured in Property Wire following the announcement of a £23M investment to deliver almost 200 units of Supported Housing across the county.
This week in PR
This week we take a deep dive into the best PR tools and tactics, from press releases and opinion pieces to social media and newsletters. PR can often be hard to define but hopefully, this detailed blog will shed some light on what it means to be a successful PR professional.
Sapience’s favourite
