As ‘hub-and-spoke’ became increasingly popular with large corporates, looking to decentralise and open regional offices to accommodate their workers’ desires for flexibility, minimal commute and a space designed with health and safety in mind, BizSpace tasked Sapience with positioning them as experts in the property sector.


To achieve this, Sapience developed an extensive marcomms strategy incorporating a variety of media sectors and mediums – namely, thought leadership, expert commentary and briefing opportunities both regionally and nationally.
