WELCOME TO SALIENCE

In this edition of Salience we look at lead generation and local development, reflect on 2023, and muse on what 2024 will bring.

 A message from Richard

The Sapience team is feeling festive as the holiday season draws in, though rest assured, we’re working hard as ever!

This last month has been a buzz of activity: we celebrated Christmas together, while I had the pleasure of attending COP28 in Dubai, keeping Sapience at the forefront of the sustainability sector.

This year has been an exciting period of growth for us. We have expanded into new sectors such as cybersecurity and design, moved to a new office, and we were proud to host our first Sapience Healthtech Panel.

As we head into 2024, we are considering offices in other regions, developing a new suite of AI-driven tools, and building on the strong foundations we have in the UK and European markets.

Read on to learn more about our social events and some of the work we’ve been doing as we round out the year.

SAPIENCE YEAR ROUNDUP

To mark the end of the year, the senior team offered their reflections on 2023 and thoughts for 2024.

For Louisa, 2023 was an exciting year as we had some significant client wins in the Arts and Film arenas, where she leads, and expansion into new sectors such as architecture and design. Looking ahead to 2024, Louisa is enthusiastic about developing our move into video production and launching our new podcast.

For Georgia, 2023 saw new colleagues from the Antipodes joining our team, as well as ongoing success for our various clients. Looking forward to 2024, Georgia sees exciting opportunities in new forms of communication.

Meanwhile, Jess was proud of this year’s success for our charity focussed clients, whose campaigns gained national momentum and prevalence. In 2024, Jess was excited to continue to expand her knowledge of the financial and fintech sectors.

Needless to say, it promises to be a busy and fruitful year for all the team here at Sapience!

SAPIENCE CHRISTMAS

Christmas is always an exciting time for the team here at Sapience, and this year we commemorated it with a fantastic lunch at Soho House’s original site in Soho. While exchanging Secret Santa presents, the team discussed their proudest moments in 2023, before returning to the office for mulled wine and mince pies. Here’s to another equally exciting year!

Strategic spotlight

Content is power when it comes to public relations, helping businesses communicate their message and engage with their audience. At Sapience, we are keen to help organisations explore the value of thought-provoking content.

Team insights

Online lead generation is becoming an important part of any growing business. But should a campaign of lead generation focus on content marketing or digital marketing? Read our latest blog to find out more about enhancing lead generation.

TEAM FAVOURITE

A spot reserved for a story that made us smile this week.

A Coventry couple’s giant shark sculpture, prominently displayed in front of their home, has become a local sensation. Originally meant only as a Halloween decoration, its owners have since bowed to local pressure, and plan to decorate it for the holiday season.
