Charlotte is a director, with over 15 years of public relations experience working for leading UK agencies and in-house communications teams across a range of corporate, consumer and business to business clients. Charlotte’s areas of expertise include strategic planning, media relations, issues management and public awareness campaigns to forge trust in companies and their brands, drive behavioural change – both within companies and between businesses and customers – and help deliver commercial results.

Charlotte was formerly head of the press office at Bupa, the international healthcare company, and previously a senior consultant at Blue Rubicon, and a director at Euro RSCG Biss Lancaster. Charlotte has worked in the healthcare, energy, leisure, education, food and drink, music and entertainment industries.

At Sapience Communications, Charlotte’s clients include BizEquity Peldon Rose and SUEZ.

Charlotte graduated from Nottingham University in 2001 with a 2.1 Honours Degree in English and Philosophy.
