Sapience Communications provides media training at Eaves for Women

Experienced media trainers from Sapience Communications spent half a day with the Poppy Project team at Eaves for Women, a charity which exposes and addresses violence against women and girls in the UK, to advise them on how to manage the media and get the best out of print, radio and broadcast opportunities and interviews.

The training programme gave an overview of the different media and included practical advice and examples of how to deliver key messages confidently, cope with tricky questions. The training also involved a grilling interview with our former journalist and 360 degree feedback on performance.

The participants came away with increased confidence in their ability to communicate key messages and make the right impression with journalists.
